Reprints & Refunds

  • Nihongo uses Printify, which is a print-on-demand and dropshipping platform. All products are unique and produced only once ordered; no reprints or refunds if you ordered the wrong size or color or changed your mind. 
  • Reprints or refunds are only possible if the product is damaged or has a manufacturing error. In these instances, use the Refund Request Form within 30 days of product delivery. Printify will inspect the errors and send a replacement to you as soon as possible.
    • Go to My Account→Orders and click “Refund” next to an order to request a refund. The “Refund Request Form” page allows you to pick a subject of the request, write & describe the reason, and attach photos.
  • Please provide a clear photo showing the issue. If the problem affects multiple products, send an additional picture (or video) of all items visible in one frame.
